Terms of service
The agreement for using RadixOLT, in plain words: what you give us access to, what you are responsible for, and what we are.
Last updated 3 October 2026
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you, and the internet service provider you act for, and RadixOLT (“we”, “us”). They apply when you create an account, start a trial or use the RadixOLT app. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to.
2. The service
RadixOLT is software for monitoring and managing OLTs and ONUs. What it can read and do depends on your plan and on each OLT’s platform; the platform pages set that out, and the product offers an action only where the platform supports it.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for the accounts you create for colleagues and the roles you give them.
- Tell us straight away at support@radixolt.com if you think someone has used an account without permission.
4. Your network
You confirm that you are entitled to give us access to every OLT you add, and to the data on it. You authorise RadixOLT to connect to those OLTs and to run the reads the service performs and the actions your users choose.
Some actions change a subscriber’s service: rebooting, disabling, deleting or authorizing an ONU, editing uplink VLANs, saving a configuration. RadixOLT asks before each one and names what it will act on, but the decision to proceed is yours, and you are responsible for the actions taken from your accounts.
5. Your data
Your data remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service to you. We process your subscribers’ personal data only on your instructions, as the privacy policy describes.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- add equipment you are not authorised to manage;
- try to reach another ISP’s data, or get round the limits of your plan or trial;
- overload, probe or attack the service, or use it to attack anyone else;
- resell or share access to the service without our written agreement;
- copy or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law allows it.
7. The trial
A trial lasts 24 hours from email confirmation, covers up to 5 OLTs and polls no more often than every 15 minutes. One trial is allowed per operator. We may end a trial that breaks these terms.
8. Plans and payment
Plans are priced per OLT per month in Indian rupees, as shown on the pricing page. There is no online checkout yet: payment is arranged with us directly, and a plan is switched on once payment is received. Plans are billed monthly in advance, and taxes are added where the law requires them.
We will give existing customers at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to them.
9. Cancelling and refunds
You can stop using a paid plan at any time. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in the refund policy.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and its readings accurate. It depends on your OLTs, the networks between us and third parties such as Telegram, all of which can fail, so we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Support is by email at support@radixolt.com and by phone on +91 89567 38265.
11. Suspension and ending the agreement
We may suspend an account that is not paid for, that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why. You may stop using the service at any time. When an account ends, its data is kept until you ask us to delete it, as the privacy policy describes.
12. Disclaimer
The readings RadixOLT shows come from your devices, and a device can report wrongly. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without promises beyond those in these terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, profit or subscribers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and tell account holders by email before a material change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
